Who we are?

For more than 30 years, ESRI has been developing and providing high-quality Geographic Information System (GIS) technologies to our users. In order to improve our technologies and services, we establish a Technical Support Division which has more than 30 GIS and IT professionals to provide timely and expert assistance to you. Other than ESRI software, we also provide technical support on ERDAS IMAGINE software and FME ESRI Suite, so that you can enjoy our comprehensive & wide-ranged technical support.
