Internet Technical Support System, iTSS for short, is a service provided to ESRI end users in Hong Kong and Macau who have subscribed our annual maintenance program for them to enjoy our technical support anywhere. By rendering technical questions via iTSS, you will get an incident number for searching and further inquiry of your submitted questions with our Technical Support website through internet, the dialogs between you and our technical staff are also recorded for your future reference.

Preparing for Support

When requesting for our technical support services, please be prepared to furnish us with the following information, so that we can help you faster and better:

  • Make sure you have subscribed our annual maintenance program, for details, please contact our Customer Service Division at 27306883 or email to csd@esrichina-hk.com.
  • Your software and its version.
  • The exact wording of any message appeared on your computer screen.
  • The type of hardware you are using, including manufacturer, operating system, and its version.
  • What happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
  • How you tried to solve the problem.

Our Working Hours

All submitted incidents will be handled by our technical support analysts within our office hours:
9:00am - 12:45pm
2:00pm - 6:00pm
Monday through Friday (except Hong Kong Public Holidays)
