| Description |
DGN file stores Big5 and other double-byte
characters with reverse code. This prohibits other application
to read the correct characters. This extension helps user to
read Big5 DGN files in ArcView 3.x by converting the reversed
code back to standard Big5 characters. Please note the script
will reverse the big5 code of the DGN in permanent, therefore,
we highly recommend you to save reversed big5 DGN to another
location. |
